What’s your guarantee policy?
All training services are guaranteed for the life of the dog. So, if 6 months or 6 years, your dog begins to regress, we will get back involved at no charge.
What if my dog doesn’t perform as expected?
If dog doesn’t perform obedience as outlined in the Holland K9 Services training contract, Holland K9 Services will either issue a refund for the total of training paid by client or provide additional training to fulfill contract. If Holland K9 Services is unable to fulfill the contract, then and only then, will a refund be provided. In order to receive the refund, client must adhere to training policy included with contract.
